this one's a little silly, ya know. been a minute, these are old. most from 2k20, almost 4 years ago (to the day.) hard to say, I used to have big ideas for this album. Wanted to make it somethin real special, and then over time what I wanted it to be and what it actually was didn't see eachother n didn't shake hands. N that's okay, part of recording is letting go. Making music is change, and it's keepin your ears open, and it's also about playin god, and it's sometimes deciding that if somethin dies maybe it can die with dignity. I dunno, I hope Simple Album died a noble death, and we can remember it for what it was, not what I wanted it to be. Which I'll never tell, I just said I don't want it to be remembered for that.

So here it is as it Simple Album (EP) by Iven. I wanna say thank you to all my friends n family. My life changed a lot this year n I have more gratitude than I know what to do with. I run around, presentin jokes n games like a cat announces a bird. "I hope you like this one, I love you." I do and I do.

Another thank you to anyone who's listened to Iven or been nice about it. Been playing more again n it's been nice that people are still nice n still like it. People still like the roof song n that means a lot to me.

most of this recorded on a tascam 424mkii if you're wonderin if it sounds like that, all the rest is probably my fault.
